Redesigned Softail® Frame

The Sport Glide® is the latest addition to the Softail® motorcycle family, one of Harley-Davidson®’s most beloved motorcycle lines. Because of this, you’ll get the beloved Softail® style and performance, with distinctive Softail® hidden monoshock rear suspension to give you cleaner lines and better handling. The Sport Glide® takes this up a notch by running on a frame that’s 34% stiffer than previous Softail® models. Translation: more control, faster response, harder lines, tighter corners. It’s the perfect upgrade for an already awesome bike. It’s also a lighter bike than previous models, but with high performance suspension, any additional baggage you have for longer trips won’t weigh down your bike or compromise your performance.

Milwaukee-Eight Engine

As promised, the all-new Sport Glide® gets an all-new engine: the Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine. With over a century of riding and engineering experience powering this electronically fuel injected V-Twin engine, you can rest easy knowing you have the best power and performance propelling your bike. After just a few moments behind the throttle, you’ll notice the massive torque that comes with this powerhouse engine. A few more moments and you’ll experience faster response from 0-60 mph and 60-80 mph. You’ll get the distinct, Harley® roar with minimal vibrations as the Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine is completely counterbalanced. Plus, it’s sleek profile allows it to fit perfectly in your slimmed down Sport Glide®.

Touring Ready

Perhaps the best part about the Sport Glide® is its versatility. It looks and performs like a cruiser, but for the days when you want to hit the road, the Sport Glide® will step up to the challenge. It’s lightweight stature makes it ideal for casual commuting, but it also makes it more agile and easier to handle on the long road. The mini-fairing deflects the harsh highway winds away from your body and the low-vibration Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine makes your trip smoother and more comfortable. For the extra cargo you’ll be bringing along, the Sport Glide® comes with hard-side locking saddlebags which are removable, along with the mini-fairing, to make cruising easier. No matter what your plans are for the day, the Sport Glide® will get you everywhere you need to go.
